This studio painting is based on the following plein air i did. One of my friends calls and asks about this plein air i did. She says that she found the comfort she needs from my work. I did this studio piece with her in my mind.

(Studio painting) Belize Harbour

Oil on canvas.  60 x 80cm

I worked on this painting for four days. Four days!  I felt like a life long time. It is based on two of my plein air paintings. I had struggle to decide the spot light and to push the center point to the farest as i could. I like how it looks the boat on the spot light!

(Poem) Soy

Vueltas y vueltas

Soy una persona peculiar
Vuelo con mis alas de nubes blancas
Valientemente
Hasta a la final de la vida

(Poem) Work and I

I need my solitude
I need my quietness
I need my breath in the air
Work and I

I need sun
I need colors, shapes and...
I need excitment of light
Work and I

I need rain
I need tar-black cloud
I need different dimension
Different temperature of what is like
Work and I

I need no time
Time scatters on my shoulder
While I am dreaming
While I am in love with the ghosts of my life
Work and I

(Studio painting) Morning Habour

Oil on canvas. 60 x 80cm

I tried to paint it right. Right colors, right brushestrocks, right mood... This studio painting is based on a plein air I did at Belize harbour. There are two buildings on each side of my plain air. I did paint them from the beginning but i decided to ignore them in the end. By doing that, I opened up the sea and it looked better.

(Studio painting) Two boats no a raining day

Oil on canvas. 60 x 80cm

I like sunny days but I love cloudy, rainy days! I did this studio painting based on my plein air that I did two months ago. Colors melt into each other like I have never seen before. So alive! It feels great that I am able to paint what I feel.
