| 22cm x 27cm Oil on panel I felt so nice doing this plein air this morning. It wasn't because the scenery is extraordinary, its because I haven't done plein air for almost 2 months. I have been working at my studio with nude studies and studio work lately. I miss the outdoor air, sunshine and "traffic" : ) too! I saw couples of my friends this morning! They were waving to me. Fresh air!!!! |

| 36cm x 46cm Oil on canvas Feeling nice this morning! I don't feel that challenge to do the dark skin tone now. It's not perfect yet but certainly something's there... I see my confidence growing after every study I did. I'll keep doing these intensive studies everyday for the next 2 more weeks. Can't wait to see the last result! |

| 36cm x 46cm Oil on canvas I like very much how the color of sofa turned out along with the background color. Love their colors! Not much to complain about. As for the skin tone of my sitter, I'm still trying to figure it out how to cope with it. I do like the set of color that laid on the legs specially on the knee. Well, at least this is the very little progress that I made...and I'm happy with it today! |

| 60cm x 80cm. Oil on canvas Studio work Terrible reflection when I took this picture. It's supposed to be very dark... Early last year, when I was copying and studying some great old masters sea paintings, I uesed to ask my older daughter to accompany me to go to the sea side and observe the night waves at the BTL park and near the Princess Hotel. This studio work is based on one of my sketches of those night sea waves. Night sea doesn't look innocent to me. It could be frightening yet full of mysteries. |

| 60cm x 80cm. Oil on canvas. Studio piece Today is Labour Day. One of my dear friend texts and asks me if I'm resting instead of working. " I'm still working!" I do enjoy doing what I love to do all day long. When I don't need to keep an eyes on my kids, I would just work and work. I eat when I'm hungry. I swim when I've enough. And, I sleep when I'm tired. What a wonderful life! |

I put my favorite music out loud day and night. Last night I worked until mid night. I was a little tired but it was a great sensation working in my own world....and loving what I was doing... |
