This is how the statue looks like after my model and i worked for twelve hours. We began from last Thursday and Friday then again this morning. Everyday we work for four hours. I'm impressed about my model's persistence. Couple months ago, i tried to do a sketch of his head but he couldn't stay still too long. At that time I wasn't sure if he could pose for my sculpture. It isn't easy but now I can tell that he is the perfect candidate. This oil based clay head statue should be ready within three weeks. |
