I keep telling my model that the color of this study is too mudy. I don't see the excitement brings out from its color. Early this morning, I was talking to a friend and said that it was so hot that it seemed everything fell asleep including the air we breath. Or maybe I haven't swam for almost a week and that makes me weary. So, after I finished this afternoon's session, I went straight to the pool. 40minutes of laps. Feeling great again! Yea, it's not the problem of the heat, its me, lack of exercise!!! : )
